Summer is great time to rent for swimming, boating, jet skiing, sun bathing, making S’mores in the fire pit, and relaxing. If you feel the need for a little more entertainment take a short ride to Gunstock Mountain or Weirs Beach. At night the summer sky and location is perfect for star gazing and hanging by the fire with friends and family. During the fall the spectacular view of the foliage is all around you from when you wake up till night fall. In the winter this location is convenient to all the ski areas, it has access to snowmobile trials directly off the property, ice fishing and ice skating. This property offers plenty of privacy on a wooded lot.

This ranch has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, living room with couch and love seat, kitchen and picture windows. Outside sliders leads you to a wrap around porch that is the length of the house. Access to the lake is available from the upstairs or downstairs exits. Downstairs is a family room w/bar, couch, flat screen T.V. and two recliners. You also have access to outside from downstairs with an over sized sliding door that lets in plenty of sunshine. The house has wood floors and tongue and groove pine board that gives a cozy relaxed country feel.

This house rental is located on Sawyer Lake it is a 20 minute drive to Gunstock Mountain and all outlet or antique shopping. This house is about a ten minute drive on back roads to the race track and NASCAR fans are welcome. Alton Bay and Laconia are also short drives away. This location would be suitable for a romantic getaway or a family vacation or even a group of friends.

The kitchen is an eat in kitchen to accommodate 4-6 people. Fully equipped with the following items: utensils, dishes, glasses, plates, ice tray, can opener, pots and pans, toaster, paper towels, stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, cabinets, table w/chairs.

New- bath and shower, full bath, toilet, vanity, shelf and mirror very clean!

Master Bedroom
Queen bed, flat screen TV w/ cable, full closet, bureau, hard wood flooring, two windows, bedding and tasteful decor..

Guest Bedroom
Bunk beds (adult size), flat screen TV w/ cable and bureau two windows.

Living Room
Flat screen TV w/ satellite cable, view of the lake, alarm system, couch and love seat , coffee table, hard wood flooring, huge slider doors. Access to large wrap around deck that faces the lake.

Family Room (downstairs)
Flat screen TV w/cable, leather sofa and two leather recliners, very large room with bar, bumper pool & dart board and slider door leads to the lake.

Yard
Parking for up to six cars, plenty of green grass and trees for privacy, wooded lot, deck with grill, dock in water for fishing, swimming or boating. Fire pit. Local wild life watching.
