The Condo # 3 Laconia, NH Paugus Bay accommodate 2-4 people, Waterfront. This condo has two floors with beautiful views of Paugus Bay, located next door to Naswa Beach Bar and across from the marina. The first floor of the condo has a living room complete with pull out couch and flat screen TV with cable, full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, washer and dryer, kitchen is complete with every thing you may need to cook. The huge deck offers a amazing place to eat your meals on a beautiful summer day and watch the boats drive by.

The second floor has a bathroom and bedroom with queen size bed and dressers complete with a huge picture window that also offers a excellent view of the bay.
