  • Our Cottages have accomodations for up to four people, quite and cozy vacation spot in New Hampton, New Hampshire. Located off Rt. 93 exit 23. Immaculately clean and privately owned. Close to Laconia, Wiers Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee.
  • Our house on Sawyer Lake is perfect for large families or groups, ranch style house accommodate 4-6 people. 7 rooms, complete with family room, bar, wrap around deck, and a dock on the lake.
  • Our condo can accommodate 2-4 people, Waterfront. This condo has two floors with beautiful views of Paugus Bay, located next door to Naswa Beach Bar and across from the marina.
